Uses
Vinegar for salads, vinaigrette sauces, meat and vegetable marinades, dressings, white cabbage salads, pickled gherkins and homemade preserves. It also works well for seasoning soups (e.g. cabbage soup), fish sauces and light vegetable creams. Vegan.
Directions
Shake before use (natural sediment). For dressings: mix with extra virgin olive oil in a 1:3 ratio, add salt and pepper. For marinades: one tablespoon of vinegar per 250 ml of brine. Once opened, store in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight.
