Horizon Barley Malt Syrup is made exclusively from certified organic barley – with no preservatives, flavour enhancers or artificial additives. Its distinctive malty-caramellised flavour, with a slightly bitter note, and its dark brown colour are the result of a traditional malting process.

It is a natural culinary sweetener used in baking, confectionery and brewing – it gives baked goods depth of flavour, moisture and a dark colour. No preservatives, flavourings or colourings.
