The formula combines inositol (250 mg) with vitamins B6, B9 (folic acid) and B12, iron, iodine, selenium and shatavari root extract (Asparagus racemosus). Taking additional folic acid increases the mother’s folate levels — low folate levels in the mother are a risk factor for the development of neural tube defects in the developing foetus. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, and helps reduce feelings of tiredness and fatigue. Iodine contributes to the normal functioning of the thyroid gland. Selenium contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system. Vegetable cellulose capsule, suitable for vegans.

Suggested use:
