About the product

Sadvit is a family-run juicery from Magierowa Wola, near Warka, that makes juice from fruit and vegetables only - no added water, sugar or flavor enhancers.

The fruit comes from growers in Grojec county and is picked from the tree, never gathered off the ground. That is not a marketing detail: fruit picked up from the ground has been in contact with soil and spoils faster.

Cherry sets the tone with its tartness, but at just 15% of the blend it is noticeably softer than a pure cherry juice. It sits in a good middle ground for anyone who finds straight cherry too sharp and apple too mild.

The bag-in-box carton is BPA free, and the tap keeps air out, so the juice stays fresh once opened.

Directions for use

1. Keep the carton in a cool spot and pour straight from the tap.
2. Shake the carton before pouring - the juice can separate naturally.
3. Serve chilled, on its own or with a meal.
4. Warm it with a clove and orange peel for an alcohol-free mulled drink.

Storage

Store in a dry, shaded place at 2-20°C. Once opened, the juice stays fresh for 21 days as long as the tap stays submerged in juice and no air gets into the bag. If air does get in, use the juice within 24 hours. The juice may separate naturally - that is normal.
