Sadvit Cherry from the Heart 100% is a cold-pressed juice made purely from cherries, with no added sugar. It has a distinctly tart, deep flavor and a dark red color straight from the fruit, packed in a convenient bag-in-box carton with a tap.

About the product

Sadvit is a family-run juicery from Magierowa Wola near Warka, Poland, making juices only from fruit and vegetables - no water, sugar, or flavor enhancers.

The carton contains cherries only, cold-pressed using the NFC method. No water, no sugar, no concentrate - just pasteurization, so the juice stays fresh until opened.

The flavor is tart and deep, closer to stewed cherries than sweet cherries. It pairs well with rich meats and chocolate. It takes about 1.7 kg of fruit per liter of juice, so the 1.5 liter pack holds over 2 kg of fruit.

The bag-in-box carton holds 1.5 liters, six 250 ml servings. The tap keeps air out of the bag, so once opened the juice stays fresh for 21 days instead of just two.

How to use

1. Pour directly from the tap.
2. Drink chilled or diluted with water.
3. Add to tea or a cocktail.
4. Reduce with a little honey for a duck sauce or dessert topping.

Storage

Store in a dry, shaded place at 2 to 20°C. Once opened, the juice stays fresh for 21 days, as long as the tap stays submerged in juice and no air gets into the bag. If air gets in, use the juice within 24 hours.
