Vitaler's Sugar-Free Isotonic in strawberry flavour is a powder for preparing a refreshing drink: one level scoop (10 g) in 500 ml of water, with 0 kcal per serving. Each serving provides 1000 mg of vitamin C, plus calcium, magnesium, zinc, chromium, B vitamins, 300 mg of taurine and 2.5 g of salt, and is sweetened with steviol glycosides. Vitamin C contributes to maintain the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise. Vitamin C, magnesium, niacin, pantothenic acid and vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Why it tastes salty

In a classic isotonic drink, the concentration of dissolved substances is built together by glucose and salt. This drink contains no sugar, so that role is taken mainly by sodium chloride, which is why each serving has 2.5 g of salt and a distinctly salty taste. People who limit salt in their diet should take this into account.

Directions

Once daily, dissolve one level scoop (10 g) in 500 ml of water.
