Activlab Sport Drink is a powdered dietary supplement for preparing a lemon-flavoured isotonic drink. Each serving (37 g dissolved in 500 ml of water) provides carbohydrates (32 g, including 21 g of sugars), electrolytes (sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, chlorides), vitamin C (30 mg) and a complex of B vitamins (B1, B2, niacin, pantothenic acid, B6, folic acid, B12, biotin), enriched with 100 mg of L-carnitine.

Vitamin C, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, pantothenic acid, folic acid and vitamin B12 help reduce feelings of tiredness and fatigue. Calcium helps maintain healthy bones and teeth and supports normal muscle function.

Suggested use:

Dissolve 37 g in a water bottle with 500 ml of water.

Take before exercise, approximately 500 ml of liquid (1 hour before exercise).

During exercise, approximately 1000 ml (for every hour of exercise).

After exercise, more than 500 ml of liquid (up to two hours after exercise).
