Ingredients

L-ascorbic acid, gelatin (capsule), magnesium salts of fatty acids. May contain traces of gluten-containing cereals, soy and milk derivatives.

Suggested Use

Take 1 capsule daily. Swallow whole with water. The beneficial effect on immune function during and after intense physical exercise is achieved with a daily intake of 200 mg of vitamin C in addition to the recommended daily intake.
