Aura Herbals Over It Night is a dietary supplement in capsule form from the Polish brand Aura Herbals. The formula combines chaste tree (Vitex agnus-castus L.) extract standardised to 0.5% agnusides (DER 10:1), saffron (Crocus sativus) extract standardised to 3% crocin and 2% safranal (DER 1.5–3:1), shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) root extract (DER 4:1), fennel (Foeniculum vulgare) extract (DER 4:1), magnesium citrate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride Quali®-B) and L-leucine.

Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, normal protein synthesis, the maintenance of normal bones and the normal functioning of muscles. Vitamin B6 helps regulate hormonal activity, supports normal energy metabolism, and contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous and immune systems. Magnesium and vitamin B6 help reduce feelings of tiredness and fatigue.

Suggested use:
