Suggested use:

The manufacturer recommends daily supplementation, or as support before training/physical activity.
In the non-training variant, it is recommended to use in the first part of the day, or until early afternoon (2:00-3:00 p.m.) due to the stimulating nature of CoQ10 and PQQ as antioxidants.
When supplementing before training, the time of administration is less important, as the exercise will ‘use up’ the antioxidants and everything will be utilised, so there should be no problems with insomnia.
