Better Than Foods Konjac Tagliatelle is an Asian pasta made from the root of the konjac plant (Amorphophallus konjac) in the shape of tagliatelle – a traditional ingredient in Chinese and Japanese cuisine that has been known there for centuries. Made from konjac flour and oat fibre.
Distinctive feature: 9 kcal/100 g (practically zero calories) and 4 g fibre/100 g – it is a source of fibre (threshold ≥3 g/100 g according to Regulation 1924/2006). No added fat, sugar or salt. The noodles have a neutral taste – they absorb the flavour of added spices, sauces and ingredients, so they taste just like the dish you add them to.

Usage
A classic Italian wide ribbon shape, ideal for thick, hearty sauces: Bolognese with minced meat, game ragout, cream and mushroom sauces (Tagliatelle ai Funghi), and cheese sauces (Alfredo). It also works well in pasta bakes. Vegan, gluten-free. Made from certified organic ingredients.
Suggested use
The pasta is ready to eat after preparation. Choose one of the following methods:
- Rinsing – drain in a colander, rinse under cold water, add to your dish (quickest method).
- Boiling – boil for 1 minute, drain, add to your dish.
- Frying – fry for 1 minute in a wok with vegetables, meat or sauce.
Once opened, store the noodles in clean water for up to 2 days.
Storage
Store in a cool place. Do not freeze – freezing damages the structure of konjac noodles.
