Plant ingredients:

• Ginkgo biloba extract (Ginkgo biloba L.) – 120 mg, standardised to contain 4% flavone glycosides and 1% terpene lactones.
• Korean ginseng extract (Panax ginseng C.A. Mey) – 100 mg, standardised to contain 12% ginsenosides.

B vitamins in highly absorbable forms – vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, vitamin B6 as P-5-P (pyridoxal phosphate).

Thiamine (B1), niacin (B3), vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological functions. Pantothenic acid (B5) contributes to normal mental performance. Niacin, vitamins B6 and B12 help reduce feelings of tiredness and fatigue.
