About the product

Good Noot Hazelnut Only is nut butter in its purest form: a single ingredient – 100% roasted hazelnuts from Georgia – and nothing else. Each batch of nuts is visually inspected and split open to check the quality of the kernel before roasting.

Only then are the nuts ground into a velvety paste and transferred into jars. The result: a deep, intense flavour of roasted hazelnut with a natural, subtle sweetness – no flavour enhancers, no sugar, no salt. Natural hazelnut oil may separate at the surface – this is a sign of pure ingredients, not a defect.

Usage

A spread for direct consumption and cooking – as a spread, an ingredient in baked goods and desserts, a base for cake creams, an addition to porridge, yoghurt and smoothies, and an ingredient in sauces. Vegan, gluten-free, no added sugar.

Directions for use

Spread on bread, add a spoonful to porridge, muesli, yoghurt or a smoothie. For baking: muffins, brownies, cakes, biscuits, homemade bars. As a base for cake creams, ice cream and vegetable sauces. Stir before use – natural separation may occur.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry and dark place. Check the best-before date on the packaging.
