A daily serving of 10 tablets provides 2500 mg of spirulina and 45 µg of iodine, which contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones and normal thyroid function. Ingredients

Spirulina (Arthrospira platensis), bulking agent: cellulose, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

Directions for use

10 tablets daily, preferably in two servings: 5 tablets twice daily, with a meal, with water.
