A serving of 2 capsules provides 565 mg of Omega-3 fatty acids (270 mg EPA, 180 mg DHA, 115 mg other Omega-3s), 240 mg of Omega-6 (70 mg GLA), 225 mg of Omega-9 (180 mg OA) and 25 µg of vitamin D3 (1000 IU, 125% RDA).
