Omega-3 Arktis from Norsan is a dietary supplement containing purely natural cod oil from sustainable Arctic fisheries. A daily serving (10 ml, approximately 1 tablespoon) provides 2,000 mg of omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA). The recommended daily portion, 2 g of omega-3, has been shown to regulate insufficient omega-3 levels in the body, which can be demonstrated by measuring the omega-3 index.

Our natural Arctic Ocean cod oil contains a complex of more than 50 fatty acids. This natural fatty acid structure of fish is preserved during the extraction and purification of Omega-3 Arktis oil. Consuming unconcentrated natural omega-3 oil has a similar positive effect to consuming fish.
