Olvita Cold-pressed, unrefined macadamia nut oil is 100% oil from unroasted macadamia nuts (Macadamia integrifolia), cold-pressed by Olvita Gołuch in Marcinowice. This oil is for those seeking an exceptionally delicate, almost subtle flavour – with a discreet nutty note, without the pronounced aromas characteristic of other nut oils.
The fatty acid profile is dominated by monounsaturated fatty acids (oleic and palmitoleic acids) – the same type of fat that makes up the majority of extra virgin olive oil. Thanks to its mild flavour, macadamia oil is a good alternative to olive oil wherever you don’t want the oil to overpower other ingredients – in smoothies, fruit salads, desserts and cocktails.

Usage
Oil for dishes served cold and warm (without high frying temperatures). Its delicate flavour does not overpower other ingredients – ideal for smoothies, fruit cocktails, ice cream desserts, fruit salads. An addition to sandwich spreads, dips, hummus, raw vegetable salads.
Drizzle over cooked dishes on the plate for added aroma. A milder alternative to olive oil where a delicate flavour profile is important. Vegan.
Directions
Smoothie: a teaspoon (3 g) in a fruit or vegetable smoothie – the oil’s mildness won’t affect the flavour. Dipping bread: a tablespoon (12 g = one serving) in a dip with your favourite spices. Fruit salad: drizzle over chopped fruit – banana, mango, pineapple – to enhance the aroma. Drizzling over vegetables: after cooking, just before serving. 250 ml bottle = approx. 19 servings.
Storage
In a dark, cool place. Once opened, store in the fridge. If the oil solidifies at lower temperatures, store it in a dark, cool cupboard – this is a natural phenomenon and is fully reversible.
