Palce Lizać Vanilla Ghee 35 g is a small jar – a trial and travel size of traditional ghee made from milk from the Bieszczady region, flavoured with Bourbon vanilla pods from Madagascar, cardamom and cinnamon. About the product
Palce Lizać Vanilla Ghee in a small 35 g jar is the smallest size of vanilla ghee made from milk from the Bieszczady Mountains. Perfect for trying out a recipe before buying a larger jar (300 g) or as a handy portion to take on a trip.
The ghee is made using a traditional method – the butter is clarified for 8–12 hours with the addition of Bourbon vanilla pods from Madagascar, cardamom seeds and cinnamon sticks. The raw material comes from the milk of cows grazed in the Bieszczady Mountains. During the clarification process, water, casein and lactose are removed – ghee is an alternative for those with dairy intolerance. A high smoke point of 260°C means that ghee does not burn during frying and baking.

Intended use
Baking fat for cakes, muffins and desserts in a trial size – for those who want to try a recipe with Bourbon vanilla pods before buying a larger pack. Also excellent for pancakes, waffles and sweet breakfasts. An alternative for those with lactose or gluten intolerance.
Directions for use
A small 35g jar is enough for approx. 5–6 medium-sized baked goods or a few pancakes. For baking, use in a 1:1 ratio instead of regular butter. For pancakes, melt in a frying pan before pouring in the batter. Add a teaspoon to porridge along with honey. You can gently warm the jar before use if the ghee has solidified.
Storage
No refrigeration required – best kept at room temperature. A natural and seasonal product: semi-liquid in summer, more solid in winter. A white sediment is natural – it does not affect the quality.
