How to use:

Sterilise the teat before first use. You can do this with the Philips Avent steriliser or by boiling it for 5 minutes. Always check the condition of the teat before each use – stretch it in all directions and discard it at the first sign of damage or wear.

To attach the teat:

1. Wash your hands thoroughly before touching the teat.
2. Pull the teat through the bottle cap ring.
3. Make sure that the teat flange is correctly positioned and fits tightly against the rim of the cap.
4. Screw the assembly onto the bottle with the prepared feed.
5. Before feeding, check that the food flows freely through the teat.

After each use, wash the teat thoroughly in warm water with a mild detergent and rinse. You can also wash the teats in the top rack of the dishwasher. For hygiene reasons, it is recommended to replace the teats every 1-2 months, depending on the intensity of use.
