Vitaler's Shield Kit

Vitaler's Shield Kit brings together three dietary supplements in tablets: Iodine 200 µg, Sulforaphane 400 µg (120 tablets each) and Melatonin 1 mg (240 tablets). Iodine contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones and normal thyroid function. Each supplement is taken separately, according to its own directions for use.

About the kit

The kit combines iodine in the form of potassium iodide, sulforaphane from broccoli sprout extract and melatonin for the evening. Iodine contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones and normal thyroid function. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep; the beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg close to bedtime. Produced in Poland.

Daily servings

Vitaler's Iodine 200 mcg - 120 Tablets

Iodine is an element the body cannot produce on its own, so it has to come from the diet. It is found in the greatest amounts in sea fish, seafood and seaweed, as well as in iodised salt. In potassium iodide, iodine is present in a stable form.

Vitaler's Sulforaphane 400 µg - 120 Tablets

Sulforaphane is a sulphur compound from the isothiocyanate group, typical of cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, kale and Brussels sprouts. The plant itself contains little of it: sulforaphane occurs as a precursor, glucoraphanin, from which it forms when the vegetable is cut or chewed and the enzyme myrosinase acts. Broccoli sprouts a few days old contain considerably more glucoraphanin than the mature vegetable.

Vitaler's Melatonin 1 mg - 240 Tablets

Melatonin is a compound the body produces on its own in the pineal gland when darkness falls. Its level rises in the evening and drops towards morning. When travelling across several time zones, melatonin contributes to the alleviation of subjective feelings of jet lag; the beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg close to bedtime on the first day of travel and on the following few days after arrival at the destination.
