Vitaler's Maca (Peruvian Ginseng) 600 mg - 60 Capsules

Vitaler's Maca is a capsule with maca root extract (Lepidium meyenii) in a 10:1 ratio, with 600 mg of extract in each capsule. Despite the trade name “Peruvian ginseng”, maca is not related to ginseng: it belongs to the cabbage family, like radish. The only ingredients are the extract and a plant-based capsule shell. One capsule a day covers two months, and the product is suitable for vegans.

About the product

Maca grows high in the Peruvian Andes, on plateaus above 4,000 m, where few other crops give a yield. The edible part is a bulbous root the size of a radish, in colours from cream to purple and black. In Peru it is eaten roasted or as flour. The 10:1 ratio means the extract is made from roughly ten times as much dried raw material. Country of origin: Poland.
