Vitaler's Soy Isoflavones 600 mg - 60 Capsules

Vitaler's Soy Isoflavones 600 mg are capsules with a standardised soy extract. Each capsule provides 600 mg of extract standardised to 10% isoflavones, which means 60 mg of soy isoflavones. Inulin serves as the carrier and the capsule shell is plant-based, so the product is suitable for vegans.

About the product

Isoflavones are plant compounds from the flavonoid group, typical of legumes. Soy contains the most of them, mainly genistein and daidzein. In Japanese and Chinese cuisine, rich in tofu, miso and soy milk, several dozen milligrams of isoflavones are consumed every day. Inulin is a soluble fibre usually obtained from chicory root.
