Method of preparation:

Pour 250 ml of freshly boiled water at about 80°C (not boiling water) over the tea bag and leave to infuse for about 5 minutes. To bring out the full aroma, cover the container while brewing. You can enjoy the tea both hot and as a refreshing cold drink on warmer days.
