Method of preparation:

Pour 250 ml of freshly boiled water at a temperature of about 80°C over the tea bag (not boiling water, so as not to destroy the delicate properties of the white tea) and leave to brew for about 5 minutes. To bring out the full aroma, cover the pot while steeping. Savour the tea slowly, tasting its subtle notes and enjoying a moment to yourself.
