About the product

Ziółko Wild Rose is a dried preparation made from the peel of the wild rose fruit (Rosa canina), with the seeds removed. The wild rose is a common shrub found in Polish field margins and thickets, and its deep red fruits have been used in home cooking for generations.

Rosehip peel produces a ruby-orange infusion with a refreshingly tart, fruity flavour. It is also a classic ingredient for homemade jams, preserves and syrups with a distinctive, fruity character.

Directions for use

Pour a glass (250 ml) of hot water over 1 teaspoon of dried rosehip peel, cover and leave to infuse, then strain. The peel is also excellent for homemade jams and syrups.
