About the product

Alpi Basia Almond Cream reduces almond paste to a single ingredient – roasted unblanched almonds. The brown skins of the almonds (unblanched) give the cream a darker colour and a richer flavour.

Slow roasting brings out the deep, sweet, nutty aroma of the almonds, whilst grinding to a smooth consistency gives a creamy texture with a slight graininess. No added sugar, salt, emulsifiers or palm oil.
