Pistachio Cream is a vegan spread with an elegant, pistachio flavour. It is based on blanched and roasted cashews (62%), with roasted pistachios (20%) and the natural sweetness of date powder adding to its character. A pinch of salt brings out the depth of flavour.

The combination results in a velvety, creamy texture with a subtle pistachio note – with no added sugar, palm oil or emulsifiers. The natural separation of nut oil on the surface is normal.
